This month’s theme is listening to your body, a practice that’s both deeply simple and surprisingly overlooked.

I look forward to creating a retreat for a longer, intentional practice around this topic.  Stay tuned

So many of us were never taught to slow down and tune in to our bodies. Yet this body is the one place we’ll live our entire lives—shouldn’t we learn to understand its language before it starts shouting through pain or illness?

As I often say: Would you rather hear the lion’s roar—or wait until you can see the whites of its eyes?
The sooner we notice our body’s subtle cues, the more power we have to prevent pain patterns later on.

🧘‍♀️ This Month’s Focus: The Art of Listening In

“You can’t heal what you don’t hear.”

We live in a world of noise—experts, wellness trends, even apps that promise to tell us how we’re doing. But the most genuine wisdom often comes from within. Your body speaks through sensations, energy levels, mood shifts, tension, and pain.

The issue? Most of us have learned to ignore these signals.
We push past fatigue with caffeine, suppress hunger with distraction, and medicate discomfort without asking why it’s there.

🌱 How to Start Tuning In

Here are a few gentle ways to begin reconnecting:

🔔 Set a body check-in timer
Take 30 seconds, 2–3 times a day. Ask:
“What do I feel physically, emotionally, energetically?”

🌀 Notice patterns
Is your jaw tight every afternoon? Do headaches follow certain foods or stressful meetings? Awareness is the first step toward change.

Make note-   A journal, drawing a sound and see if you notice a pattern over the next 30 days.

This practice isn’t about obsessing over every sensation. It’s about building trust with your body again. It knows what it needs.

Are you ready to listen?
